Mountain running coaching
Joe "Stringbean" McConuaghy

A good coach is both a guide and a mentor. A coach is a thought partner in your running practice, helping you train more efficiently and avoid pitfalls in training and racing. A coach will offer structure and expertise. Many athletes struggle with how and why to write workouts and how often to go hard or easy.
From Joe:
Running is a powerful life pursuit.
I believe that balance and quality running sessions are essential to the development of athletes running at all distances and on all terrains
I believe that running consistency and intentionality will triumph over a ‘more is more’ approach.
I believe that we are humans first, athletes seconds. Even for those performing at an elite level. Happy, healthy athletes are fast athletes
